We expect all users of our platform to respect the rights of others and refrain from uploading or distributing content they do not have rights to. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been copied and is accessible in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a takedown notice that includes: Your complete contact information (name, address, phone, and email); A description of the copyrighted work being infringed; Specific location of the infringing content on our site (with URL); A good faith statement that the use is unauthorized; A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information is true and accurate; Your electronic or handwritten signature. When a takedown notice is received, we act in good faith to investigate and remove the content if appropriate. We may notify the content uploader and share the takedown notice with them. They have the option to file a counter-notice, which must include: Their personal details; Identification of the removed content and where it was located; A good faith declaration that the removal was in error; Consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. court; Their signature. We advise all parties to only submit notices or counter-notices if they truly believe their claims are valid. Knowingly filing false notices may lead to legal consequences.
